When will I get the tracking number?

The in-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 2-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipment, the tracking will be available and sent to you. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after working days from the day you completed your payment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

When will I get my order?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via UPS, YunExpress, and DHL.

Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to the address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you as the table below:

Please kindly note that we shall not provide services to South Asia (except India), Western Asia and African countries, and other countries listed in Singapore Designated Individuals and Entities.

Where your order shipping from?

Our product are manufactured and shipped from Vietnam. We work directly with the manufacturers there for the best quality control.

RISK-FREE SHIPPING

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you! If there’s a missing order, please let us know via Admin@hoangbaominh.com. We’ll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If the order arrives at your country and:

– The customer refuses to accept the package

– Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

Returns

We accept returns on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via Email for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via Email.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
